Vanilla Day Spa offers a 15 day money back guarantee (from ship date) on all Murad products purchased from their spa. All other products are non-refundable.

Please return your product in person, or send it via UPS for your protection.
We're sorry, but shipping fees are not refundable.

Be sure to include the remainder of the product, and either a printout of your confirmation email or your credit card receipt. We ask that you kindly tell us the reason for your return so that we may serve you better in the future.

Your refund will be granted in approximately 15 business days from the receipt date.
