Therefore, we ask that you please turn your cell phones and pagers off. Also, no small children allowed. PRIVACY & MODESTYOur Spa Therapists are sensitive to privacy issue. They will explain what to expect and respect your privacy at all times. CANCELLATION POLICYCancellations must be received at least 4 hours prior to appointment time or the full service fee is charged. Cancellations must be called in during our working hours. Late arrivals will be accommodated to the best of our ability, however, you will be charged for the original scheduled service. A credit card is required for two or more services. Day packages require a 24 hour cancellation notice. GIFT CARDSGift cards are non-refundable. Our Gift Cards make an ideal gift for special occasions, thank you presents, or employee incentives. Please let our professionals help you create a very special gift package.
